Quietly situated in the country this small hamlet has five holiday cottages set around a courtyard amidst four acres of land, including large lawned area with children's swings, sandpit, boules pitch, woodland, and a large, fenced spring-fed pond which in addition to the resident ducks, chickens and goose, attracts many forms of wild life such as moorhens, dragonflies, woodpeckers and herons. The market towns of CERENCES and BREHAL are 2kms away with the harbour town of GRANVILLE 15kms to the south.

Now 4 sleeping arrangement additional are possible in the groundfloor with patio; this adjoining room is a separate renting: 77Euros per person and per week.

 

 

Part of a former farm, these two recently restored, adjoining, but self contained houses, provide spacious accommodation for up to 6 in one and 8 in the other. To take advantage of the views over the pond and surrounding countryside, the living rooms are on the first floor, with the bedrooms on the ground floor. Both have large, lawned gardens with garden furniture and barbecues. Electric convector heating throughout for breaks during the cooler months. Shared driveway with three other cottages and resident owners. Bedlinen, cots and highchairs available for hire locally

This cottage also has two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with bunkbeds and 2 single beds. Shower room with vanity unit, shower, washing machine. Separate wc. On the first floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed. Further shower room with washbasin and shower. Sep. wc.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a set of bunkbeds and two single beds. Shower room with vanity unit shower and washing machine. Separate wc. On the first floor there is large, sunny 'L' shaped living room with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, together with kitchen and dining areas. TV/video. Good views over Countryside and pond

Light and airy, open plan Living room with kitchen and dining areas, two seater sofa. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and full size bunk beds. Bathroom with shower, wc, vanity unit and washing machine. TV. Double opening doors lead onto raised, paved patio/ lawned area overlooking spring-fed pond. Garden furniture and built-in BBQ.

Open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and two seater sofa.  Double opening, glazed doors lead from dining area to gravelled area with BBQ and garden furniture.  Two bedrooms one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, wc, vanity unit and washing machine
